Spring Sessions

The Toronto Festival of Beer (TFOB) is one of the most iconic beer festivals in the country. Its success can be attributed to three foundational pillars, beer, bands, and food. With over 330 different types of beers to choose from and entertainment from big name artists it essential to save this summer’s date.

The only issue I previously had with the TFOB was that we had to wait until summer to partake in the festivities. Thankfully, the Beerlicious Team came up with a solution four years ago, that being Spring Sessions. Spring Sessions will be held this May long weekend (May 20th and 21st) where the TFOB began, at Fort York, Toronto.  Spring Sessions will once again boast a “cottage in the city” theme providing fire pits, lawn chairs, outdoor games and live acoustic performances from Elliott Brood and The Trews. Spring Sessions is a cure for those who have “The Long Weekend Cottage Blues”.

If you are not lucky enough to be at a cottage for the “May Two Four” Weekend, Spring Sessions is your next best option. I highly recommend attending Spring Sessions, along with any other event presented by the TFOB.

All tickets include a commemorative festival sampling mug and five beer samples. Tickets can be purchased for Spring Sessions at www.beerfestival.ca.
